Savvy Wear Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only. Requests must be initiated via email within 10 days of delivery and once approved must be mailed within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Customized products (your name) are final sale due to the personalized nature of the products.

Return Shipping
Once your return is accepted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required to return your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Store credit will be issued for damage return requests.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a new size or color by contacting us via email. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
